Alon Magal — Whiteboard Method Creator & Coach
I was diabetic. I refused the pills. This is what happened.
In December, my HbA1C was 7%. That's the number doctors use to diagnose diabetes.
My triglycerides were 1337 — nine times the upper limit. The doctor called my father.
I was told: pills for life, or die early. My siblings have been on diabetes medication for years. No cure.
I refused the pills.
I built a simple system — two whiteboards, a water bottle, morning walks, and a compressed eating window.
Three months later:
No gym. No meal plan app. No medication.
