Alon Magal
I was diabetic and 26 kg overweight. Three months later, both problems are gone. Now I'm offering to walk by you as you get out of it yourself.
In December, my HbA1C was 7%. That's the number doctors use to diagnose diabetes.
My triglycerides were 1337 — nine times the upper limit. The doctor called my father.
I was told: pills for life, or die early. My siblings have been on diabetes medication for years. No cure.
I refused the pills.
I built a simple system — two whiteboards, a water bottle, morning walks, and a compressed eating window.
Three months later:
No gym. No meal plan app. No medication.

This isn't a program with a guaranteed outcome. It's a group where someone who's been through this walks alongside you — month by month, at whatever pace your body allows.
